This course does not make any claims to diagnose, treat, or heal any specific health issue. This is the way I personally live, eat, & move to lay the strongest foundation for health + vitality for my life. Please consult with your practitioner to assess what is best for you. No information in this course is to be taken as medical advice.
Will this course help me lose weight?
How about a better solution? This course will teach you exactly where your body needs to be at it's healthiest weight. For some, that means losing a little. For some, that means gaining a little. By the end of this course, my heart for you is that your weight will be an inferior thought compared to how you feel, how much energy you have, how your digestion is, how you're sleeping, how your sex drive is doing, & how stable your moods are! This course will give you the blueprints to building a strong, feminine body that builds lean muscle & burns fat efficiently. I do not guarantee any promised number on the scale (in fact, I recommend you trash your scale), but I do help you love & nourish your body from the inside out.
How long will I have access to your course?
You will have lifetime access to all the material & downloads my course provides the second that you make your purchase! If the course is updated at any point in the future, you will be automatically grandfathered into the newest version.
How long does it take to complete your course?
This course is self-paced, but the minimum amount of time you will need to commit from start to finish is 3-4 hours. I have created the course specifically with busy women in mind, so you can listen to it on the go, or you can sit down and follow along with the slides I provide.
Do I have to track my food while going through this course?
Only if that is something you are inspired to do! I have implemented both tracking and mindful eating options for each application of the nutrition principles. I have you take a personality test before you begin the course, and through your results + several other questions, I help you decide if tracking or mindful eating is the more balanced route for you to take.
Can I take this course in a group-style setting?
I created this course to replace & rejuvenate my previous 1-1 coaching model, because I could no longer keep up with the high demand of client requests. The purpose of creating this course is to share this message limitlessly to women all around the world- but in a deeply personal and individualized manner. My course is created for single household purchases only (meaning, feel free to go through this course with your spouse, but please do not give your login to your sister-in-law that lives down the street). Course creators have dedicated thousands of hours into creating fair & affordable products with your budget in mind, and we ask that you respect our hard work. My course students are only those who purchase the course directly from this website.
Is this course only for women?
I wrote this course as if I'm speaking to a woman, but the principles apply the same to men & children! Nearly all of my married course students take this course alongside their husband.
